Sadly, due to production difficulties, we have had to cancel our production of "Beyond A Joke" on 9th, 10th & 11th of this month.
January 2006
Tickets are now available for our March Production of Beyond A Joke. The production
will take place on 9, 10 and 11 March at Darenth Hall, Ladywood Road at 8pm
(doors open at 7.15pm). Tickets cost £4.00 for adults, and £3.00

We are also holding an "After Christmas"/"Valentine Night"
disco at Waller Park Pavillion on 11th February. The disco is on a Bring your
own food and drink basis and tickets are therefore reaonably priced at £2.50
for adults and £1.50 for under 14's. Contact us for more details and tickets

Our delayed production of "Beyond a Joke" by Derek Benfield will be taking place
on 9th, 10th, 11th March 2006. Whilst we always welcome new members, we will
be starting a poster/leaflet campaign after Christmas in order to recruit more
members, especially back-stage help for the current production. Our quiz night
in October was a great success, raising over £100 towards the cost of
the next production.
April 2005
We will be organising a fund-raising drive and another recruitment drive. Watch
out here for news of forthcoming events including a quiz night. We will be holding
a poster campaign and an open day to recruit more new members. If you're interested

PLAY ANNOUNCEMENT: A play has now been selected for our next production in October.
We will present "Beyond a Joke" by Derek Benfield. This production will take
place on 20th to 22nd October 2005.

October 2004
The DDG's production of a one act play festival - which was held on the 14th,
15th and 16th of this month - went very well. We would like to thank everyone
who came along to watch this production, as well as all the people that helped
us out. Thank you all very much for your support.
July 2004
PLAY ANNOUNCEMENT: The DDG's next performance will be on 14th, 15th and 16th
October. We will be performing 4 short plays as part of a one act play festival.
There are still a few small parts available, and there are also plenty of other
jobs that we need help with, ie stage management/front of house/props/costumes/lighting/sound/tea
making etc. If you would like to get involved, want tickets or more information
please contact us.

Our quiz night was a great success. We raised some money which will now go towards
the costs of our next production, which will be announced soon. The DDG would
like to thank everyone who came along and supported us. Congratulations to our

After the success of our last Karaoke/Disco night, we have decided to hold another
one on Saturday 28 February at Darenth Hall, Ladywood Road. If you would like
to attend, tickets are £4 each for adults, £2 for children over
5 (under 5's free). Bring your own Food and Drink. To reserve tickets email

On the 25 October the DDG will be hosting a Karaoke/Disco night at Darenth Hall.
Ticket prices are £5 for Adults, £2.50 for children aged between
5-14, and free for the under 5's. Ticket prices include nibbles but please bring
your own drink. No previous experience necessary! Good and vocally challenged
singers welcome! If you would like to reserve tickets then please email Stacey.

The dates of our next production will be the 27, 28 and 29 February. Further
details to follow. In the meantime, we are looking for people to take part either
on stage or behind the scenes. So, if you would like to have a go on stage or
get involved behind the scenes then contact either Brenda or Stacey for further
details.

We held a very successful quiz night and raised well over £100 which will
go towards funding our next production. The DDG would like to thank everyone
who came along and took part in the quiz night, and a special congratulations
to the winning table - you know who you are!!

The Darenth Drama Group staged a successful production of 'Round and Round the
Garden' at Darenth Hall on April 3-5th. We would like to thank everyone who
helped us out with this production. So, thanks very much from the DDG. Pictures

The Darenth Drama Group are proud to announce that our next production will
be an Alan Acykbourn play called 'Round and Round the Garden'. This production
will be staged in Darenth Hall on Thursday 3rd, Friday 4th and Saturday 5th

October 2002
On Thursday 10, Friday 11 and Saturday 12 October, the Darenth Drama staged
a production of the Little Shop Of Horrors. The production was very successful.
We would like to thank all the people who helped us out, especially Jim, Colin,
Alex, Tony, Enid, Marion and all our Friends who helped us from the Wilmington
Players. Without the help of these people, this production wouldn't have been
possible, so a big THANK YOU to all of you. Pictures of this production should
be added to the gallery soon.
